Eat Pretty Food Program

The Eat Pretty Food Program is a guided dietary intervention intended to help you replace health-compromising foods with real, nutrient dense foods. In order to optimize our gene expression and hormone function, we need to eliminate the foods that have been scientifically proven to negatively impact our cravings, metabolism, digestion, and immune system. This reprogramming of your system will transition you from relying on sugar to function, to burning fat from your body and from your food for energy. You may also likely experience fat loss, more energy, fewer cravings, regulation of blood sugar, better digestion and immune function, better sleep, and even the resolution of aches and pains.

Through experimentation, accountability, support, and application, we will work together to produce a broad and balanced diet plan that works for you. It is my goal, that as you develop self-awareness through this program, you will be able to change your habits and relationship with food to create lasting change. Since our goals and dietary needs are always changing due to our biology and our environment, this will be a constant learning process and progression. I want to get you out of the “diet” mindset and into a growth mindset. Once your program is complete, you should be able to confidently navigate through your own health journey with the tools I have provided you.

Just Do It (6 weeks)

$375

This is for you if you are fully committed and ready to jump right into it. We will eliminate foods that are keeping you from looking and feeling your best and strategically reintroduce to see what foods work for your body and what foods are less healthy for you. Once this reprogramming is complete, we will build a dietary plan you can commit to, with the broadest food list possible, which still allows you to meet your goals.

This package includes:

  • 4 one-on-one sessions
    • The first two sessions will include a nutrition and goal assessment and action plan.
    • The other two sessions will be check-ins to assess goals and progress, ask questions, and discuss obstacles and reintroductions.
  • 7 day sample meal plan with recipes included
  • 5 day personalized workout plan you can do at home
  • Daily texts and emails when you need support with anything
  • Your own customized booklet full of helpful resources including shopping lists, seasonal produce guides to help you save money, information about carbs, how to build a salad, easy roasted veggies guide, pretty foods and consequential foods list, and a journal entry you can copy to keep up with experimentation and increase self-awareness
  • Then, pick one service depending on what you need the most (or deduct $150 from total):
    • Kitchen Cleanout and Restock: Together we will go through your kitchen and get rid of the foods that are keeping you from reaching your health goals and feeling great. Then, we will go shopping together and I will help you learn what to buy, how to shop, and how to read labels when there are any.
    • Cooking Coach Session: Eating healthy starts with cooking healthy. Learn how to prepare simple ingredients in a pleasing way. If you are lost in the kitchen I can definitely help you! I will come over and we will cook three meals using three different methods to help ease your kitchen anxiety. I will provide you with tips and tricks and you can ask as many questions as you want along the way! Plus, you will have three meals already prepared for the week!
    • Customized Meal Plans: We will go over foods you like and the tools you have available, and I will create a personalized set of 21 meals complete with recipes, support, and ingredient lists to help you make your weekly shopping lists. These plans are designed for you to prepare enough at dinner so that you have leftovers for lunch. I will also help you plan your reintroduction meals.

 

Slow and Steady (12 Weeks)

$750

This is for you if you are at the beginning of your journey to find health and wellness or need to ease into things a little more slowly. We will gradually eliminate foods that are keeping you from reaching your goals and feeling your best and then strategically reintroduce to see what works for your body and what foods are less healthy for you. Once this reprogramming is complete, we will build a dietary plan you can commit to, with the broadest food list possible, which still allows you to meet your goals.

This package includes:

Individual Services and Add-ons

$75/hour

Nutrition Information Session and Assessment: We can discuss where you are, where you would like to go in terms of your own health journey, and your obstacles to getting there. I can help you discern and focus your desired wellness goals and help you organize efforts to support those aims.

$150 Each

Pantry Cleanout and Restock: Together we will go through your kitchen and get rid of the foods that are keeping you from reaching your health goals and feeling great. Then, we will go shopping together and I will help you learn what to buy, how to shop, and how to read labels when there are any. I will also provide you with helpful shopping lists and food lists that you can use for yourself in the future.
