I’m not going to lie, this soup takes a while to cook. You’re going to want to use canned broth, please don’t. This is phenomenal when you make your own. It’s not a lot of active prep time, but your hands will get a little dirty. You’re going to be ok, you’ll make it through, and your family is going to be super impressed when it’s done I promise! Plus, you can eat off of it all week…..if there’s any left after dinner😉
I love ribs but I’m not so fond of all the sugar that’s usually the first ingredient in dry rib rubs. You can of course make your own, but I found a brisket rub by Adams Reserve that’s sugar free, MSG free, and tastes great on ribs!
I call these Maw Maw’s Meatballs although, they’re not really. These are the new and improved gluten free version! Never mind the fact that no one REALLY knows her real recipe because she never wrote it down. I wish she could taste these and tell me what she thought about them, because she would, tell me what she really thought. God I miss her and I hope she’d be proud of the little cook I’ve become.
