Spicy Balsamic Bacon Green Beans
2-3 slices of bacon
1 lb green beans (I like french cut, they cook faster)
1 ts garlic powder
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 c balsamic vinegar
2 T Franks Red Hot Sauce
salt and pepper
Cook bacon in frying pan until crispy, set aside, leave fat in pan.
Place green beans in bacon fat, add the rest of ingredients, cook on medium heat.
Stir occasionally to evenly coat and let cook until green beans reach desired tenderness and balsamic reduces. This should take about 8-15 minutes depending on type of green beans.
Sprinkle with chopped bacon.
