Coconut Lime Fat Bombs

These are a delicious little snack to give you the perfect energy boost and dose of healthy fats!

Coconut Lime Fat Bombs

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut butter, softened

1/2 cup coconut oil, softened

juice and zest of 2 limes

1/2 ts vanilla

Directions

Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor on high speed until well combined. Use a tablespoon to spoon into mini parchment liners in a mini cupcake tin. Let them set in fridge for about an hour to harden. Store in fridge. Enjoy!
