4 avocados, mashed

2 cloves garlic, minced

juice of 1 or 2 limes

whites and light green parts of a bundle of green onion, chopped

handful of chopped cilantro

salt to taste

optional: chopped jalapeno


Mash avocado and mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Add salt to taste.

Place in fridge and let chill an hour or two before serving.
