Slow Cooker Chicken and Kale Soup

This is so incredibly easy and delicious! I used my own bone broth so it was extra flavorful and even my meat and potatoes lovin’ husband loved it! Throw all the stuff in a pot and done! 

Slow Cooker Chicken and Kale Soup

12 oz bag of ready to use curly kale

2.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs (for fat and flavor)

yellow onion, thinly sliced

bundle of organic carrots, peeled and sliced

5-6 cups chicken bone broth or chicken broth

salt and pepper, to taste


Put kale down first and throw all other ingredients in. Cook on low for about 8 hours. Chicken will fall apart on its own or you can shred up a bit with a fork.
