Grilled Chicken Thighs

I eat these probably once a week, and you will too once you try this recipe and see how easy and delicious it is! 

Grilled Chicken Thighs

8 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)

bbq seasoning of choice (I use Paleo Powder)


Heat grill to about 325ºF using only a couple of burners so there’s room for chicken to go over indirect heat. I usually light the two on the outside and leave the middle burner off.

Pat chicken thighs dry and season both sides generously with seasoning of choice. Place skin side down over indirect heat (middle burner that is off) and grill for 1.5 hours. Remove from grill and let rest 10 minutes before eating.
