This is so incredibly easy and delicious! I used my own bone broth so it was extra flavorful and even my meat and potatoes lovin’ husband loved it! Throw all the stuff in a pot and done! Continue reading “Slow Cooker Chicken and Kale Soup”

Grilled Chicken
I know this is a boring recipe but I just thought I would share my recipe for making juicy grilled chicken. Slow Cooker Shredded Buffalo Chicken
This recipe could not be easier! Only two ingredients to throw in the slow cooker! There are tons of options for toppings and you can serve over many different things including roasted spaghetti squash, parsnips, cauliflower rice, rice, potatoes, etc. You could even use it as a dip to serve with celery or chips! If you don’t like chicken thighs, you could also use chicken breasts but the cook time will probably be less. Continue reading “Slow Cooker Shredded Buffalo Chicken”
Tomatillo Chicken and Sweet Potato Chowder

This soup is so, so good and very easy to make. I’ve made it so many times and it freezes really well. Hope you enjoy! Continue reading “Tomatillo Chicken and Sweet Potato Chowder”
Slow Cooker Garlic Ginger Chicken
Here’s yet another easy and versatile recipe to add to your weeknight repertoire! If you are gone all day, you can cook it in a slow cooker, or if you’re short on time you can throw it in the oven! Serve with roasted broccoli or over rice if you need some extra starchy carbs that day and enjoy! Continue reading “Slow Cooker Garlic Ginger Chicken”
Chicken Zoodle Soup
This is the best comfort food! Make your own broth if you want a richer flavor, but if you’re short on time, you can certainly use boxed broth and throw in some chicken that’s already cooked. Alternatively, you could throw in some chicken breasts or thighs and cook them with soup ingredients, boxed broth, and shred it up at the end when the veggies and chicken are cooked through.
